In the third quarter of 2024, the top food and drink apps on the Android platform in Finland showcased varied trends in weekly downloads and active user engagement, according to Sensor Tower data.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more maintained a relatively steady weekly download rate, fluctuating between 1.3K and 1.8K throughout the quarter. Meanwhile, its weekly active users saw a consistent increase, climbing from 81.9K at the beginning of July to nearly 100K by the end of September.

The McDonald's app experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 1.8K and dropping to approximately 1.3K by the end of the quarter. Its active user base also followed a downward trend, decreasing from 80.7K to 60.3K over the same period.

Subway® observed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 1.9K mid-September. However, active user data was not available for this app during the quarter.

The ResQ Club - Save food! app showed a modest rise in weekly downloads, moving from 1.4K to around 1.6K towards the end of September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 13K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Burger King Finland experienced fluctuations in its download numbers, with a low of 1.0K and a peak of 1.5K during the quarter. Active user data for this app was not provided.
